Graduated in 2008 André took his first steps in Private Dentistry in his family’s Medical Centre. Having worked in Portugal until the the following spring, André decided it was time to expand his horizons in the UK in view of achieving further academic qualifications and enhance his skills.
Andre has an MSc degree (Distinction) in Implant Dentistry from Warwick University and was awarded the prestigious PGT Faculty Prize (Warwick Medical School) for achieving the best overall score of the masters degree. In 2019 Andre also achieved the Diploma in Dental Implants from the RCSEd (Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh) and the PGCert Orthodontics (Warwick) with merit.
In October 2013, André was offered the role of Clinical Director at Inspired Dental Care. André is an assiduous presence at CPD & Training courses since day one. Before enrolling in the MSc in Implant Dentistry, André attended two one-year foundation courses in Dental Implantology at ITI Centre and GIFT. André has also completed a one-year course in Advanced Cosmetic & Aesthetic Dentistry in London. Having completed a one-year training in adult orthodontics (2013-2014) he is also a certified Invisalign® provider. André, completed advanced training in Periodontic techniques in Switzerland and is fully trained to deliver facial aesthetics treatments such as dermal fillers and botullinum toxin since 2010.
In 2012, André was invited to join the committee of the Devon Independent Practitioners’ Group (DIPG) where he currently holds the role of Vice-Chairman and IT secretary.
In 2017, André was shortlisted for the “Young Dentist of the Year” category at The Dental Awards 2017 and for the “Best Young Dentist” category at the Dentistry Awards 2017. André was highly commended “young dentist of the year – South” at the dental awards 2018, Best Young Dentist – South at the Dentistry Awards 2019, for Best Young Dentist – Southwest at the Private Dentistry Awards 2019, for Best Young Dentist – South at the Dentistry Awards 2020, for Best Young Dentist – Southwest at the Private Dentistry Awards 2020 and Best Young Dentist – Southwest & Wales at the Private Dentistry Awards 2021
André is also a part-time Clinical Supervisor at Peninsula Dental School (Plymouth University) since 2017 and has recently been awarded the Associate Fellowship from the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA).

Dr. Amish Bhayani was born in London and raised in Portugal, where he cultivated a passion for dentistry that ultimately led him to achieve his dental degree in July 2009. Following his graduation, he gained valuable experience in a prestigious private practice in Lisbon, honing his skills and knowledge in various aspects of dental care.
In June 2010, Dr. Bhayani decided to settle in Devon, a choice that allowed him to integrate into the local community while continuing to develop his professional expertise. Since moving to Devon, he has focused on enhancing his practice through continuous education, attending numerous postgraduate courses and conferences both national and international that have enriched his understanding and proficiency in dentistry.
Dr. Bhayani has a special interest in restorative dentistry as well as endodontics (root canal treatments) and prosthodontics. He treats patients with different need for treatment including both simple and complex cases, as well as aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry. His dedication to patient care is evident in his comprehensive approach, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to meet individual needs and promote long-term oral health.
Dr. Bhayani completed his MSc in Endodontics from the University of Chester, graduating with merit. This advanced training has equipped him with the expertise necessary to handle intricate endodontic procedures, reinforcing his commitment to providing high-quality care.
Dr. Bhayani is a full member of several esteemed professional organisations, including the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Devon Independent Practitioners Group. These affiliations reflect his dedication to staying at the forefront of dental innovation and best practices.
Outside of his professional endeavours, Dr. Bhayani enjoys a well-rounded life filled with interests that enrich his personal and social experiences. He is a passionate traveller, and values spending quality time with friends and his young family. In addition, he enjoys playing sports, which contributes to his active lifestyle and overall well-being.

Nasos graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, in 2003 and has been working as a General Dental Practitioner in UK since 2004. Nasos commenced his training in Implant Dentistry in 2008 at the ITI education centre and further developed his skills by attending post graduate courses in Wakefield and Bath.
In 2013 he completed his two years formal training in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons of England and was awarded the prestigious college Implant Diploma FGDP Dip Imp Dent, RCS (Eng.). Shortly after he was awarded his post graduate certificate in Dental Sedation and Pain management from University College, London enabling him to treat anxious patients under conscious sedation (IV sedation)
In 2014 Nasos completed his MSc in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry at the University of Manchester. Nasos is incredibly passionate about the work he does with his patients and is constantly developing his skills to deliver exceptional standards of care.

Russell qualified from Plymouth University in 2020. Since qualifying Russell has won a number of awards. He received the UK Dental Undergraduate award from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He also came first in the UK for his composite bonding case submission, and third internationally in the highly competitive Dentsply Sirona International Composite Competition in 2020.
While Russell enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, he prioritises keeping teeth and restoring them to their best possible function and appearance. In particular, he is passionate about minimally invasive and aesthetic dentistry.
He also has a passion for aesthetics treatments and obtained his certification from the renowned Derma-Institute training facility in London. He provides a wide range of treatments with both Botox and dermal fillers at an advanced level, including treatment for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and the very popular and desirable “HEART LIPS”. The amalgamation of knowledge and love for ‘smile design’ as well as facial aesthetics for rejuvenation ensures that patients receive the full-package when it comes to their treatment.

Natalie is a warm and experienced dentist committed to helping you achieve excellent oral health and a confident, natural-looking smile. With a strong passion for minimally invasive dentistry, she emphasises preserving natural teeth and preventing disease, delivering results that are both healthy and aesthetic.
Natalie creates a welcoming environment and carefully tailors each treatment plan to ensure both comfort and consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Sarah’s career in Dentistry began in 1984 when she joined the Army to train as a Dental Support Specialist. In 1986 she was selected to train as a Dental Hygienist and qualified in 1987. Whilst serving in the Army in addition to her dental career she qualified as a combat first aid instructor and achieved a level 2 City and Guilds in communication skills. She gave 12 years service before leaving to join General practice. Initially working for the NHS in Colchester before moving back to Exeter in 1999. Sarah joined Inspired Dental Care in 2003. She has a keen interest in the treatment of periodontal disease and expanded her skill set by completing a 3 day masterclass in the treatment of periodontal disease in January 2019. Sarah is an active member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy and was invited to be chairman of the South West Peninsular Group in 2001 serving until 2003 and more recently in 2015 serving as treasurer until 2018

Clare’s career in dentistry began in 1992 as a trainee & she gained her NEBDN qualification in 1994
Over her 29 years dedicated to Inspired Dental Care gain enormous experience in a variety of dental treatment’s but dental implants are her passion and the area she developed the most in the last few years working alongside Andre. Clare is trained in phlebotomy which we use frequently use in Plasma Rich In Growth (PRGF) technology for enhanced bone & tissue healing. Clare also helps with the smooth running of our practice by managing crucial areas of COSHH and stock.

Charlotte’s career in dentistry began in 2020 as a dental nurse. Over the past four years, she has expanded her skills and successfully completed her Dental Nursing apprenticeship with Exeter College. Charlottes passion for the industry, saw her become one of Inspired Dental Care’s treatment coordinators, who provide chairside support to patients throughout their implant and orthodontic journey. In addition to managing the treatment coordinator diary, she also provides guidance and mentorship to trainee nurses. Her achievements are highly valued by the team, and her colleagues see her as an excellent role model.

Zoe started her dental journey at Inspired Dental Care in 2011 as a trainee nurse. In 2013, she completed her qualifications and expanded her expertise in dental radiography and oral health education. In 2017, Zoe earned her teaching certification and became a certified NEBDN tutor. She is dedicated to guiding our trainee nurses, sharing her knowledge and experience. Recently, Zoe took on the role of treatment coordinator, where she assists patients throughout their orthodontic or implant treatment and provides exceptional chair-side support.

Winnie commenced her career at the practice in 2022 as an apprentice dental nurse. She finds great joy in guiding patients through their dental journey, helping them regain their smiles and confidence. She loves witnessing the transformation of each smile. In August 2024, Winnie achieved full qualification, and shortly thereafter, in October 2024, she was promoted to lead nurse. In this role, she is responsible for actions such as overseeing health and safety checks, training new clinical staff and more. Outside of her professional commitments, Winnie enjoys spending time with friends and engaging in retail therapy.

Bluebell joined our team as a trainee dental nurse in July of 2023. Since then, she has become a well-loved member of our team, providing excellent chair side support to our clinicians. In February 2024, she began her NEBDN course, which she sees as an opportunity to expand her skills even further. Her warm, bubbly personality allows her to connect with patients and offer excellent emotional support to those who feel nervous or anxious.

We welcomed Bobbi into our team in January 2024. Bobbi’s primary responsibility is to assist clinicians and she has already demonstrated herself to be a valuable team member. Her enthusiasm for expanding her skills in the field of dentistry is admirable, as she takes pleasure in learning something new every day. She is currently undertaking her NEBDN course, continuing her development of knowledge in the industry. Molly joined our practice in November 2019 as part of our concierge team. Having a background of customer service and team management, Molly’s role developed significantly over the last year and she is now the General manager working alongside the Directors. With a driven mind, and a focus for 5* service, Molly is a background support to the daily running of the practice, ensuring our patients have a comfortable and positive treatment journey at the practice.
In 2021, Molly was nominated Best Practice Manager at the Private Dentistry Awards 2021 and Best Practice Manager at the Dentistry Awards 2021.

Katie’s role here includes answering phone and email inquiries, booking patient appointments, handling day-to-day administrative duties, and ensuring that everyone receives the exceptional care and attention they deserve. Stacey began her transition into the dental field in an NHS practice, before joining our concierge team. Tara is our newest team member, having joined us in September 2024, and has quickly proven herself to be a valuable addition to our team. With 15 years of experience in the health and social care sector, including a background as a Care Manager, Tara brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of the needs of both staff and patients.
Starting as a Concierge, Tara’s dedication and strong leadership skills led to her promotion to Administrative Manager, where she now oversees the administration team. In her current role, Tara manages staff rotas, sets up finance agreements, leads building maintenance, and supports compliance alongside Molly. She also assists with stock ordering and plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending quality time with her young family. We are thrilled to have Tara on board and look forward to her continued success with us!

Shauna joined Inspired Dental Care in September 2023 as a Receptionist, bringing a decade of customer service experience and a passion for patient connection. As part of the administrative team, Shauna oversee’s phone calls, emails, scheduling, and patient interactions, ensuring a smooth, experience from start to finish. Shauna graduated in 2020 from Bath Spa University with a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts degree in TV, Film, and Digital Production, which supports her creative contributions. She was promoted to Marketing Assistant in January 2024 and then to Marketing Lead in October 2024, where she oversees the practice’s social media presence including campaigns and promotions, manages the blog, and updates the website with important information. Outside of work, Shauna enjoys walking her dog and has a keen interest for fashion. With her diverse skill set and dedication to both patient care and the practice’s growth, Shauna is a valued member of the team.
