ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS IN EXETER
Anti-wrinkle treatments use tiny, precisely placed doses to soften the muscle movement behind frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet. With specialist training in Maxillofacial medicine, Dr Baker already understands facial muscle structure in fine detail, so you’re in experienced hands for a treatment that’s all about precision.

DERMAL FILLERS IN EXETER
Dermal fillers restore volume that’s been lost over time and smooth out deeper lines. Hyaluronic acid-based fillers work with your skin’s own chemistry; it is a substance your skin naturally produces to hold onto moisture, and levels of it drop as we age. We use only premium filler brands at Inspired.
Filler can lift the cheeks, define the lips, soften nose-to-mouth lines, or rebuild volume along the jaw and chin. Results are visible immediately and, depending on the area and product used, can last anywhere from six months to two years.

SKIN BOOSTERS
Skin boosters work differently to anti-wrinkle injections and fillers. Rather than adding shape or volume, they hydrate and stimulate the skin from within for a more even, refreshed look. At Inspired Dental Care, Dr Adam Baker offers three types:
Profhilo — a high-concentration hyaluronic acid treatment that spreads evenly beneath the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin. Best for overall skin rejuvenation without adding volume. We recommend 2 sessions if you’re under 50, or 3 if you’re over 50, spaced 4 weeks apart, with a maintenance session at 6 months.
Icona H8 — a next-generation booster combining hyaluronic acid, 8 essential amino acids and vitamin C to improve elasticity, texture and radiance. A course of 2 to 3 sessions is recommended, 4 weeks apart, with a maintenance session at 6 months.
Sunekos — combines hyaluronic acid with amino acids to encourage your skin to regenerate its own collagen and elastin. Particularly good for delicate areas like under the eyes. We recommend 3 to 4 sessions, spaced 2 weeks apart, with a maintenance session at 6 months. For more mature or lax skin, we may recommend adding Sunekos 1200 to your first session for extra structural support.

POLYNUCLEOTIDE THERAPY
Polynucleotides are one of the newer additions to skin rejuvenation. Derived from natural DNA fragments, they work at a cellular level to repair and regenerate tissue, improve skin quality and reduce inflammation. They’re particularly effective on sensitive or damaged skin and combine well with other treatments.
We recommend 3 to 4 sessions, spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart, with a maintenance session at 6 months.

PLATELET-RICH PLASMA (PRP)
PRP uses your own blood to kick-start your skin’s natural repair process. A small blood sample is taken and spun in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets, which are then reintroduced into the treatment area to stimulate collagen and support natural regeneration. Because the treatment uses your own plasma, it’s a popular option for patients who prefer a more natural route to skin rejuvenation.

CHEMICAL PEELS
Our professional chemical peel uses a blend of salicylic, lactic and glycolic acids to exfoliate the outer layer of skin, improving tone and texture with minimal downtime. It’s suitable for most skin types, including oily and acne-prone skin, and helps reduce:
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Mild to moderate sun damage
- Uneven pigmentation
- Acne and acne scarring
- Dull, congested skin
You may notice light peeling or flaking in the days after treatment as fresher skin comes through. One session brings visible improvement, but a course of 4 to 6 treatments, spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart, gives the best results.

MICRONEEDLING
Dr Adam Baker is a registered Mesoestetic practitioner and uses their professional axion device, which creates micro-channels while simultaneously delivering treatment solutions and integrated LED light (630nm) to boost absorption and support repair.
Microneedling creates around 2,000 controlled micro-channels a second, triggering the skin’s natural wound-healing response — smaller pores, softer fine lines, firmer skin and improved scarring over time. We also use exosome-based serums, which carry signalling molecules that support the skin’s own repair processes. Treatment solutions are tailored to your skin goals.
We recommend 3 to 6 sessions around a month apart, followed by a maintenance session every 6 months.

PRP uses components from your own blood, re-injected into the scalp to deliver growth factors that support healthier-looking hair and a healthier scalp.
Polynucleotides improve hydration, elasticity and cellular regeneration in the scalp, creating a stronger foundation for hair to grow.
Used together, PRP and polynucleotides complement each other. PRP delivers growth factors while polynucleotides support deeper tissue regeneration. Both are also commonly used before and after hair transplant procedures to optimise the scalp and support healing.
We also offer scalp microneedling with a medical-grade device and a professional exosome hair-loss serum (containing duasteride, exosomes, copper peptides and vitamin B complex), shown in vitro to reduce markers linked to hair loss and increase vascularisation and hair growth stimulation. Frequently Asked Questions
How often will I need treatment?
Anti-wrinkle injections typically last three to six months, so most patients book in every few months. Dermal fillers last longer, anywhere from six months to two years depending on the product and area treated. Skin quality treatments like boosters, polynucleotides and PRP usually need a short course to begin with, then a maintenance visit around twice a year.
Does it hurt?
Most patients describe a brief pinch or scratch rather than significant pain. A numbing gel can be applied beforehand if you’d prefer extra comfort.
Can dermal filler be reversed?
Yes, hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if you’re unhappy with the result or want to start fresh. Anti-wrinkle injections can’t be reversed, but the effect fades naturally over a few months.
