“Oh, what a night!” – The Private Dentistry Awards 2021, IDC success stories

Last Friday, 5th November 2021, Inspired Dental Care joined Dental Practices from all over the UK in London for the annual Private Dentistry Awards 2021. This year felt especially exciting as last years event had to be carried out virtually due to COVID19 regulations. Inspired Dental Care were shortlisted for six awards – Best Young Dentist South West & Wales (Dr Andre Faro Leite), Best Hygiene Therapist (Rachael Redstone), Best Practice Manager (Molly Edwards), Best Dental Nurse (Brittany Pittham), Best Receptionist (Elle Hetherington) and Best Patient Care.

The team travelled to London on the Friday afternoon via train fuelled with snacks, beverages, and excitement for the evening. It was a well deserved weekend off for the whole team! The night consisted of a three course meal, the awards ceremony and a live band and disco to round the night off. We danced until our feet hurt, that’s for sure!

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Dr Andre Faro Leite was awarded ‘Highly commended’ in his category, Brittany Pittham was also awarded ‘Highly commended’ in her category and Elle Hetherington won the award for Best Receptionist. Being recognised for their hard work has been a real sense of achievement and the whole team are absolutely ecstatic.

We would like to thank the organisation Dentistry for yet another amazing awards night, recognition of our achievements and for hosting a brilliant evening for us to let our hair down. We cannot wait for next years celebrations already!
