Meet the Team

Natalie is a warm, experienced dentist with a passion for helping patients achieve excellent oral health and confident, natural-looking smiles. She has a particular interest in minimally invasive dentistry, focusing on preserving natural teeth, preventing dental disease and providing treatments that combine long-term health with beautiful, natural results.
With a calm and approachable manner, Natalie takes the time to understand each patient’s individual needs and concerns. She creates tailored treatment plans designed to ensure patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental journey, while maintaining consistently high standards of care.
Natalie holds an Honours Degree in Dentistry and a Master’s Degree in Restorative Dentistry with Distinction. Her advanced postgraduate training has given her the knowledge and experience to manage a wide range of restorative and complex dental cases, while maintaining a conservative approach wherever possible.
As part of the Inspired Dental Care team, Natalie is committed to continuing professional development and keeping up to date with the latest techniques and developments in modern dentistry.
Outside the clinic, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, reading and exploring the outdoors on walks with her cocker spaniel.
 

We are delighted to welcome Dr Adam Baker to the Inspired Dental Care team in September 2026. We are incredibly excited to have him join us and to expand the range of aesthetic treatments we can offer our patients.
Dr Baker is a multi-award-winning doctor who qualified in 2013 and brings a wealth of experience from his background in Emergency Medicine, Hospice Care and Aesthetic Medicine. He has undertaken specialist training in Maxillofacial Medicine, with his aesthetics training delivered by global industry-leading experts and internationally renowned, award-winning clinics. He is also a qualified medical acupuncturist.
At Inspired Dental Care, Dr Baker will be offering a range of advanced aesthetic treatments, with a focus on achieving natural, subtle and confidence-enhancing results. He believes that less is often more when it comes to aesthetics and takes the time to understand each patient’s individual concerns, ensuring every treatment plan is carefully tailored to their needs and goals.
Dr Baker’s passion for aesthetics is deeply personal. Growing up, he saw first-hand the impact that aesthetic concerns can have on confidence and wellbeing, with close members of his family living with a rare skin condition that affected them greatly. This experience has shaped his compassionate and patient-focused approach.
His philosophy aligns perfectly with ours at Inspired Dental Care: helping our patients to feel confident, comfortable and truly happy in their own skin.
We cannot wait to welcome Dr Baker to the Inspired Dental Care team this September and to introduce our patients to the exciting new treatments and expertise he will bring  to the clinic.

Sarah began her career in dentistry in 1984 when she joined the British Army, training initially as a Dental Support Specialist before being selected to train as a Dental Hygienist. She qualified in 1987 and went on to serve for 12 years, developing extensive clinical experience alongside a range of additional skills, including qualifying as a Combat First Aid Instructor and achieving a City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in Communication Skills.
Following her military service, Sarah moved into general dental practice, initially working within the NHS in Colchester before returning to Exeter in 1999. She joined Inspired Dental Care in 2003 and has been an integral part of the team ever since.
Sarah has a particular interest in the prevention and treatment of periodontal disease and is passionate about helping patients maintain healthy gums and excellent long-term oral health. She continues to develop her knowledge and clinical skills through ongoing professional education, including completing an advanced three-day masterclass in periodontal disease treatment in 2019.
Sarah is an active member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy. She has also contributed to the profession through her involvement with the South West Peninsula Group, previously serving as Chairman and later as Treasurer.
With more than four decades of experience in dentistry, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and compassion to her role. She particularly enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and supporting them in achieving and maintaining healthy smiles.
 

Clare’s career in dentistry began in 1992 as a trainee dental nurse, gaining her NEBDN qualification in 1994. With over 34 years of experience in dental nursing and clinical care, including more than three decades with Inspired Dental Care, Clare has developed an extensive wealth of knowledge and experience across a wide range of dental treatments and procedures.
Throughout her career, Clare has worked closely with clinicians and patients, developing a particular passion for dental implant treatment. She has gained considerable experience supporting implant procedures and works closely alongside Andre as part of the implant team.
Clare is also trained in phlebotomy, which she regularly used as part of our Plasma Rich in Growth Factor (PRGF) technology to support enhanced bone and tissue healing.
In October 2024, Clare progressed into the role of Clinical Manager, building on her many years of hands-on clinical experience. She now oversees the nursing and clinical team, supporting staff and ensuring consistently high standards of patient care, clinical governance and clinical practice.
As Clinical Manager, Clare has responsibility for a wide range of important clinical and compliance areas. This includes overseeing clinical protocols and procedures, compliance audits, and risk assessments. She plays a key role in ensuring that the practice meets the required regulatory and safety standards while maintaining a safe, efficient and well-organised clinical environment for both patients and staff.
Clare’s extensive experience, strong clinical knowledge and commitment to maintaining high standards make her an invaluable part of the Inspired Dental Care team. Her passion for dentistry, dedication to patient care and leadership within the clinical team continue to play an important role in the ongoing success of the practice.

Charlotte’s career in dentistry began in 2020 as a dental nurse. Over the past four years, she has expanded her skills and successfully completed her Dental Nursing apprenticeship with Exeter College. Charlotte’s passion for the industry saw her become one of Inspired Dental Care’s Treatment Coordinators, providing chairside support and guidance to patients throughout their implant and orthodontic journey.
Since qualifying, Charlotte has continued to develop her skills and has successfully completed a phlebotomy course. She is now trained to assist with our Plasma Rich in Growth Factor (PRGF) treatments, supporting patients and the clinical team in using this technology to promote enhanced bone and tissue healing.
In addition to managing the Treatment Coordinator diary, Charlotte provides guidance and mentorship to trainee nurses. Her achievements and commitment to her role are highly valued by the team, and her colleagues see her as an excellent role model.

Zoë started her dental journey at Inspired Dental Care in 2011 as a trainee dental nurse. In 2013, she completed her qualifications and continued to expand her expertise in dental radiography and oral health education. In 2017, Zoë achieved her teaching certification and became a certified NEBDN tutor, allowing her to share her extensive knowledge and experience with our trainee nurses and support them throughout their training.
Zoë is also one of our dedicated Treatment Coordinators, supporting patients throughout their orthodontic and implant treatment journeys and providing exceptional chairside support.
Zoë is soon to begin her phlebotomy course, which will enable her to further develop her clinical skills and assist with our Plasma Rich in Growth Factor (PRGF) treatments for implant patients, supporting enhanced bone and tissue healing.

Winnie joined Inspired Dental Care in 2022 as an Apprentice Dental Nurse and has continued to develop and progress within the practice ever since. After successfully achieving her dental nursing qualification in August 2024, Winnie was promoted to Lead Dental Nurse shortly afterwards, in recognition of her dedication, clinical knowledge and commitment to patient care.
In her role as Lead Dental Nurse, Winnie plays an important part in the smooth running of our clinical environment. She oversees health and safety checks, supports the training and development of new clinical team members and works closely with our clinicians and wider nursing team to maintain the high standards of care our patients expect.
Winnie particularly enjoys supporting patients throughout their dental journey and seeing the positive impact that treatment can have on their smiles and confidence. Her caring nature and attention to detail make her a valued member of our clinical team.
Outside of the practice, Winnie enjoys spending time with friends and, of course, indulging in a little retail therapy!

Bluebell joined Inspired Dental Care in July 2023 as a Trainee Dental Nurse and quickly became a much-loved member of our clinical team. Since joining the practice, she has developed her skills and confidence, providing excellent chairside support to our clinicians and helping to ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their treatment.
Bluebell successfully progressed through her dental nursing training and continues to build on her knowledge and clinical expertise. She is currently undertaking a Dental Radiography course, further expanding her skill set and developing her ability to support our clinicians and patients.
With her warm, bubbly personality, Bluebell has a natural ability to put patients at ease. She is particularly passionate about supporting those who may feel nervous or anxious about dental treatment, offering reassurance and emotional support throughout their visit.
Her enthusiasm for learning, caring nature and positive approach make Bluebell a valued member of the Inspired Dental Care team, and we look forward to seeing her continue to grow within her role.

We welcomed Bobbi to the Inspired Dental Care team in January 2024, and she quickly became a valued member of our clinical team. As a qualified Dental Nurse, Bobbi works closely alongside our clinicians, providing essential support throughout treatment and helping to ensure every patient receives a high standard of care.
Bobbi is passionate about continuing to develop her skills and knowledge within dentistry. Having successfully completed her NEBDN qualification, she is now looking forward to further expanding her clinical expertise. In October, Bobbi will begin her PRGF course, developing specialist skills to support our implant patients, including assisting with blood collection and the preparation of PRGF as part of their treatment.
Known throughout the practice for her warm personality and infectious laugh, Bobbi brings a wonderful energy to the team and helps create a relaxed and welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Bobbi enjoys walking her dog and spending time with friends.

Molly joined Inspired Dental Care in November 2019 as part of our Concierge Team and has since developed her career significantly within the practice. With a strong background in customer service and team management, Molly’s passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience has remained at the heart of her role.
Today, Molly is our General Manager and CQC Manager, working closely with the Directors to oversee the smooth and effective running of the practice. From supporting the wider team and maintaining high standards of care to ensuring our patients receive a seamless and positive treatment journey, Molly plays an integral role behind the scenes.
With a strong focus on delivering a five-star patient experience, Molly is passionate about creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, supported and confident in their care. Her dedication, organisation and driven approach make her an invaluable member of the Inspired Dental Care team.
Molly’s commitment to practice management was recognised in 2021 when she was nominated for Best Practice Manager at both the Private Dentistry Awards and the Dentistry Awards.
Outside of the practice, Molly enjoys spending time with her young family and making the most of family life.

Meet Katie, one of the familiar and friendly faces on our concierge team. Having returned to Inspired Dental Care over a year ago now, Katie has quickly re-established herself as a valued member of the team, bringing over eight years of customer service experience and a warm, reassuring approach to every patient interaction.
Katie plays an important role in ensuring our patients receive a smooth and supportive experience, from answering telephone and email enquiries to arranging appointments and managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities. She has also taken a leading role in coordinating sedation treatment, becoming a familiar and reassuring name for patients who may feel anxious about dental care and require additional support.
Working closely with our patients and anaesthetist, Katie helps to organise sedation appointments and guide patients through the process, providing clear information and reassurance every step of the way. Her calm, compassionate approach makes her a particularly trusted member of the team for those who may feel nervous or apprehensive about their treatment.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys walking her dog and has a keen interest in travel, always looking forward to discovering new places and experiences.

Stacey joined Inspired Dental Care in August 2022, bringing a strong background in Visual Merchandising and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. She began her transition into dentistry within an NHS practice before joining our Admin Team, where her warm and caring approach quickly made her a valued member of the team.
Stacey is now our Treatment Coordinator Administrator, supporting the Treatment Coordinator team with the smooth organisation and administration of patient treatment journeys. She helps ensure patients receive consistent support and communication throughout their implant and orthodontic experiences, working closely with the wider team to keep everything running efficiently.
With her friendly nature, excellent organisational skills and genuine care for patients, Stacey plays an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the first point of contact through to treatment.
